Unity House – Senior Exercise

Here you are joining a live session at Unity House Retiree Center in Nov. 09. Set up as a feed-back taping - no frills, no lighting, no camera operators - yet all the joys of MUVE: low impact and cardio exercises, simple dance moves, balance and coordination exercises and a great way to learn to dance! In this Follow the Muse Dance Game, whoever dances in the center position is the lead dancer also called the Muse. Maggie joyfully leads the group. The dancers follow loosely. There is no need to be precise. MUVE dancing is about having fun and exploring creative dance moves. When you follow someone else you are likely to discover new movements and learn a thing or two. Go ahead and dance along to this video right now.
