The MUVE Body Parts Flash Cards

The MUVE Opposites Flash Cards

OPPOSITES are in our “primary” concept group, because they are so helpful for coming up with fresh movement ideas. You can create a Lesson specifically about the OPPOSITES (link) or you can add them to any lesson. We could be doing BODYPARTS or MOTIONS and add OPPOSITES to create variations. There are 8 main opposite “pairs” in the MUVE system. With the help of the OPPOSITES we explore the range of possibilities. We can quickly go from extreme to extreme, or we can learn how to gradually change from one to the other and explore all the variety in between.

The MUVE Principles Flash Cards

The 10 MUVE Principles describe the mind-set of the MUVE dancer. They focus on appreciating music, releasing inhibitions, adjusting movements to personal preferences, exploring creatively, and inspiring others.

The Basic MUVES Flash Cards

The 3 Basic MUVES are the elementary building blocks for human movement. They are very simple, and anyone can do them.
