Video Help Page

Most of the videos on this site are presented in Quicktime format

If you can not see the videos (or if there are other issues), you might not have a new enough browser or if you do have a newer browser, you may not have the Quicktime Plugin installed. Go to the Quicktime Download page to get the newest version of Quicktime for free.

Apple Safari (Version 4+), Mozilla Firefox (Version 4+), Google Chrome and Microsoft Internet Explorer (Version 9+) are browsers that we have tested and confirmed functional. You can click on any of these names to get the latest version of that browser for free.

These videos are fairly high resolution and some older (5 years+) computers may not have the processing power to play them. If the video stutters, stalls or can not be seen, this could be part of the problem. They are also fairly high bandwidth, so if you have dialup or a slower internet connection (less than 1.5mbit) you may have to wait for the video to download before you can view it.

Some of the videos on the site require the Flash Plugin. If you do not have the newest flash plugin installed, go to the Flash Player page to get it for free.

If you are still unable to see the videos or have any other problems please email us and we will help you!
